Our facilities
Affiliated with Gym Leco, we exclusively feature top-of-the-line Gym Leco equipment - crafted to support users of all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Designed with optimal Biomechanics – our machines feature unique, patented technology that offers safe and smooth movement.
Our facility is packed with a selection of hand picked resistance machines, free weights, cardio equipment, a boxing area, stretch studio as well as a functional space. The best training plan is one you can stick to - we want to provide space inclusive for whatever you preferred training style may be.

At the heart of our gym is a community built on support, accountability, and shared progress. Our personal training and coaching services are designed to give you structure, clarity, and confidence in your training, no matter your starting point. Alongside this, our group training sessions bring people together in a focused, high-energy environment where everyone pushes each other to improve. It’s not just about training harder — it’s about belonging to something that keeps you consistent.
We believe your environment should support your lifestyle beyond just training. Our health bar offers a curated selection of drinks and supplements to keep you fuelled and refreshed, while our wellness services are there to support recovery and overall wellbeing. With access to an on-site sunbed and a professional physio, everything is designed to help you feel your best, recover properly, and stay consistent — all within a space that feels considered and built around you.

You can sign up online on our ‘memberships’ page or in person at our gym reception. Our team will guide you through options and get you started. We believe in flexibility, our memberships do not have a minimum term contract (cancellation requires 30 day notice only) and there are NO joining fees.

Yes we have clean modern changing facilities and a shower room available.

Yes, we have numerous spaces outside the front of the gym as well as ample overflow parking on our site.

Members ages 18+ can train independently. Ages 16-17 can train independently following the completion of our parental consent form and gym induction with one of our trainers. We offer a teen + parent membership for 13-15 year olds to attend the gym and train under supervision in line with our safety policy. We also offer teen classes that can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis.
